Awaken and align your body and mind with this dual session. We will focus on specific goal(s) and set a mini plan to achieve it! To increase motivation and intention Reiki Therapy will be used to relax, calm and focus your mind on attaining your goal(s). Crystals will be chosen based on intent, chakra associated with the goal and client needs (i.e. boost in confidence, focus, communication...etc).
